Terms of payment
Payment is generally only possible online. In exceptional cases (e.g. if an organisation does not have a company credit card), (advance) payment by invoice is also possible for a fee of CHF 10. However, the order must be placed at least 5 working days before the desired delivery or performance date.

Terms of delivery, exchange and return
Only physical products (fan merchandise) with a Swiss delivery address can be ordered on the Swiss Krimi-Trails website. For orders of physical products abroad, please visit the Krimi-Trails Europe website. This does not apply to the Krimi-Trails themselves.

Delivery of the crime thriller files takes place immediately after payment by sending a download link. The physical products will be delivered within 3-5 working days. We charge the following packaging and shipping costs for the delivery of physical products.

• Book, puzzle mysteries (up to 3 pieces), puzzle booklets (up to 5 pieces of the anthology or 10 pieces of puzzle booklets no. 1-4), products/fan articles with a height <2cm: CHF 3.00
• Soft toy, card game, team kit, products/fan articles with a height >2cm, combination pack or several books/puzzle books (from 4 pieces), puzzle booklets (from 6 pieces of the anthology or from 11 pieces of the puzzle booklets no. 1-4): CHF 9.50

SB Switzerland AG accepts no guarantee for damage and defects to the goods that arise after or from the use of the goods. Faulty, unused goods will of course be replaced. SB Switzerland AG is not liable for damage resulting from the use of the goods.

Prices
Prices are subject to change at any time. All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT at the statutory rate.

Right of cancellation and place of jurisdiction
You have the right to cancel this contract within seven days of placing your order without giving any reason. This does not apply to products or documents (e.g. crime files) that have been sent online.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (letter sent by post or email). The date of dispatch of your notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation is decisive for compliance with the cancellation period.

If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments that we have received from you (including delivery costs) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. The prerequisite for repayment is the return of the ordered items.
